We are building a Credit Builder Card that helps people bulid credit.

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent who is supportive and has hospitality to help our customers.

Firstcard has raised $7.8M from VCs and Angels so far.

Skills and experiences:
Strong customer support experience over 2 years at financial industry or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
This is the first 10 hires for customer support team so you are responsible to improve our customer support manual, process and communications.

Salary range
$3- $4 (USD)/hour

Expected location
This is fully-remote position.

Expected working hour and day
1am - 10am in Pacific Time (1:30pm - 10:30pm in India Time)
from Sunday to Thursday
