Role Overview – What You’ll Own As a Customer Success Manager – Advertising Sales you will be the strategic linchpin between our advertiser and agency partners and the internal sales, product, and operations teams. You will shepherd the entire sales cycle—from responding to RFPs, designing media plans, launching campaigns, to post‑campaign analysis—while driving revenue growth, fostering long‑term relationships, and championing the unique value of Flexionis’s ad solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture deep, trust‑based relationships with advertisers and agency partners, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the campaign lifecycle. RFP & Media Planning: Lead the response to RFPs, develop data‑driven media strategies across all buying channels, and align plans with client objectives and Jobtrix’s best practices. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee end‑to‑end campaign set‑up, creative production, asset collection, spec review, and trafficking; continuously monitor pacing, performance, and deliver actionable optimization recommendations. Strategic Advisory: Serve as the product authority, educate clients on new and existing Remotica ad products, and tailor solutions to maximize ROI. Data Storytelling & Reporting: Translate complex data and brand measurement studies into clear, compelling insights and presentations that drive strategic decision‑making. Revenue Expansion: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities based on performance insights, pitch incremental solutions, and close expansion deals. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including sales, product, operations, finance, and legal—to ensure seamless campaign delivery and accurate invoicing. Project Leadership: Lead sophisticated, multi‑stream projects that require coordination across internal stakeholders and external agencies. Who You Are – Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in digital media planning, buying, or campaign management. Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic, direct, and audio‑specific ad formats. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. Ability to translate client needs into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.
