Maintain a thorough understanding of IKEA products and services to assist customers with their shopping needs. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers. Keep the customer service area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Keep up-to-date with any promotions, sales, or changes in company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, ensuring customers feel welcome and valued. Adhere to company standards and guidelines for customer service and returns processes. Follow safety and security protocols to ensure the protection of customers and company assets. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to address any customer service or returns-related issues. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer privacy and data protection. Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and identify areas for improvement.
