Role Overview – Customer Education Lifecycle Manager Talentra Academy is seeking an experienced Customer Education Lifecycle Manager to design, launch, and continuously optimize a comprehensive learner‑engagement strategy. Key Responsibilities Learner Journey Mapping & Optimization Analyze, blueprint, and continuously refine the end‑to‑end learner lifecycle—from initial sign‑up and onboarding, through activation, course completion, skill certification, and ongoing mastery. Identify critical engagement touchpoints and high‑risk drop‑off zones using quantitative data and qualitative feedback. Design modular, role‑based learning pathways that adapt to diverse skill levels, industry verticals, and individual objectives. Engagement & Retention Strategy Development Conceptualize and launch tech‑touch campaigns (email, in‑app, push notifications, SMS) that guide learners toward milestones and celebrate achievements. Create triggered messaging sequences that deliver timely nudges, reminders, and encouragement based on real‑time learner behavior. Leverage sophisticated segmentation and personalization to tailor content, recommendations, and offers for each learner cohort.
