CONTENT & OUTREACH INTERN

Description

This role focuses on building strong student storytelling content and expanding the organization’s presence on LinkedIn to generate school leads. The intern will create impactful student success stories, develop consistent social media content, conduct school research, and manage outreach efforts. The objective is to strengthen brand credibility, build relationships with schools, and convert interest into discovery calls through strategic content and personalized communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interview students and turn their journeys into compelling stories
  • Create and manage an 8-week content calendar
  • Publish consistent LinkedIn content (posts, engagement, networking)
  • Write blog articles and case studies based on pilot results
  • Design social media graphics using Canva
  • Edit testimonial and case study videos
  • Research and build a database of charter schools in Canada
  • Send personalized outreach emails to school prospects
  • Follow up with leads and book discovery calls
  • Track outreach and engagement metrics in Google Sheets
  • Create final handover documents including prospect lists and content templates

What You Should Bring

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Confidence in interviewing and extracting meaningful insights
  • Understanding of LinkedIn growth and engagement strategies
  • Basic design skills (Canva) and video editing ability (CapCut)
  • Comfort with email outreach and professional communication
  • Research and data organization skills
  • Consistency and ability to manage multiple tasks daily
  • Self-driven attitude with ownership mindset
  • Interest in education, student impact, and brand building
