Community Engagement & Training Specialist – Health Programs (Hybrid - Remote, MA)

Maximus is seeking a Community Engagement & Training Specialist - Health Programs to support learning and development initiatives for the Massachusetts EOHHS program. The Community Engagement & Training Specialist - Health Programs will be responsible for delivering and maintaining high‑quality training content, supporting Learning Management System (LMS) activities, and partnering with operational teams to meet program needs. This position also ensures training materials are developed, updated, and delivered in a timely manner, completes required documentation and reporting, and escalates training‑related issues to leadership as appropriate to support effective program operations. This is a hybrid remote position that will be expected to travel up to 40% of the time in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
