Our vision is to be the leading ship owner and operator in dry bulk shipping, and the first-choice partner for customers and other stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>PROGRAMME HIGHLIGHTS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>As part of our commitment to fostering talent and developing future leaders, we offer a structured two-year Commercial Graduate Trainee Programme designed to provide recent graduates with in-depth, practical, hands-on experience across various departments within our fully integrated organisation.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>Rotational Training:</strong> Over 24 months, trainees will rotate through <strong>Commercial</strong> <strong>Operations, Chartering, Bunkers</strong> and <strong>Commercial Claims</strong> roles, gaining exposure to the key functions of the business. Trainees will also spend time in all other departments of a fully integrated shipowner, such as Technical, Sustainability, Finance and Investor Relations to gain a holistic view of the company and industry.</li><li><strong>Evaluation and Placement:</strong> Throughout the programme, the trainees’ performance, development, and overall fit will be assessed regularly. Upon successful completion of the programme, and subject to business needs, Pacific Basin may consider offering trainees a <strong>permanent role</strong> based on their performance, demonstrated skills, and career interests.</li><li><strong>Career Exploration:</strong> This programme is ideal for graduates seeking to develop a broad skill set in maritime, explore different career paths within the organisation, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s operations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>HOW TO APPLY</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Please email your application to our Human Resources Department at graduates@pacificbasin.com.
