Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Strategy Lead to drive client relationships, business growth, and strategic direction across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on managing key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring strong alignment between client objectives and internal delivery teams.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in the Saudi market and a proven track record of building long-term client partnerships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic clients in KSA
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies
- Lead proposal development, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Develop and execute account growth plans
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Monitor account performance and recommend strategic improvements
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in client strategy, business development, consulting, or agency leadership
- Strong experience working in the Saudi Arabia market
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and drive revenue growth
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Arabic language skills preferred
- Based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government, corporate, or large enterprise clients in KSA
- Experience in consulting, marketing, technology, or creative industries
