We’re looking for experienced, safety-focused Class A drivers to join our team. Run for 21 days, take 7 days off — and still make great money driving no-touch, 85% drop & hook dry van freight.
Pay & Benefits
- Earn:

- $.67–$.69 CPM (without Hazmat)
- $.69–$.72 CPM (with Hazmat — only 3% of loads placarded)
- Annual pay: $90,000–$110,000 working 40 weeks per year
- Bonus: Clean inspection, safe driver, and PTO bonuses

Equipment
Drive newer model Kenworths, Freightliners, or Internationals — all equipped with:
- APU, inverter, flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, XM radio
- Your truck is yours: No slip seating while you’re home
Routes & Schedule
- Primary lanes: Midwest, Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, MA, RI, CT
- No runs in New York State
- Mostly night driving (no exceptions)
- After your 21 days, drop your trailer at a terminal in OH, PA, or NC, and the company flies you home and back
Driver Requirements
We’re only hiring the best. Please read carefully:
Not eligible if:
- You’ve ever failed or refused a DOT drug/alcohol test
- You’ve been terminated for safety in the past 3 years
- You’ve been terminated for any reason in the past 12 months
Minimum qualifications:
- 12 months Class A OTR experience within the past 15 months

- Must include at least 2 months of winter driving (Dec–Feb) in the upper Midwest or Northeast
- Local experience in large urban centers (Chicago, Detroit, Minneapolis–St. Paul, etc.) may qualify
- No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations (personal or commercial) in 3 years
- Total of accidents + violations 3 in the past 3 years
- No major violations (15+ over, reckless, lane violations, etc.) in 3 years
- No DUI in the last 8 years (only 1 lifetime, never in a CMV)
- No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the last 10 years
