Chat Moderator (Remote)

We are a Marketing Agency supporting online creators, and we are currently hiring Online Chat Support Executives for immediate joining.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with strong English communication skills who are eager to grow.

Position: Online Chatter (Remote – Full Time)

What You’ll Do

  • Handle posting and engagement activities across multiple social media platforms.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages and inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and high-quality communication tone at all times.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable internet connection.
  • A dependable PC or laptop (i3/i5 with minimum 8GB RAM preferred).
  • Ability to work 8 hours per day, 6 days a week (flexible shift options available Morning/Mid/Night).
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or live chat is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent English and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Must be able to commit full-time and start immediately.
  • Applicants with over 6 years of experience need not apply.
