California Licensed Telehealth RN
A company is looking for a Telehealth Registered Nurse specializing in cardiology and heart failure to remotely monitor and manage patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage patients and determine appropriate measures and escalation of care
- Conduct virtual nursing assessments and provide patient education on heart failure management
- Monitor patient vital signs, document interactions, and recognize urgent situations for intervention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years experience in cardiology, heart failure management, or critical care nursing
- Strong background in heart failure patient management and knowledge of GDMT
- Current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in California; additional licenses preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
