We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busboy/Food runner to join our team in a fast-paced culinary environment. Responsibilities

• Assist in bussing tables by clearing away used dishes, silverware, and glassware promptly to maintain a tidy dining area.
• Help prepare the dining room for service by organizing supplies and ensuring all food handling standards are met.
• Support the culinary team by assisting with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash as required.
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food handling practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
