The role of a Part Time Flight Attendant based out of the VRB Crew Base at Breeze Airways is a vital position focused on ensuring the safety and comfort of both Guests and fellow Team Members. Flight Attendants are the face of Breeze, responsible not only for adhering to safety protocols but also for delivering exceptional customer service with a warm, approachable demeanor. The position requires a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment, resolving stressful situations calmly and effectively, and collaborating seamlessly with other Team Members to enhance the overall travel experience. As a Part Time Flight Attendant, you will enjoy monthly guaranteed flying hours of 37.5 and a structured pay scale starting at $25 per hour for new hires, increasing with experience to $37.50 per hour.

The Flight Attendant’s responsibilities range from greeting and assisting Guests with seating and luggage to conducting safety demonstrations and providing emergency medical aid if necessary. Candidates should be physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting luggage, operating doors and exits, and maintaining organizational standards in the aircraft cabin. Breeze Airways seeks individuals who are neat, well-groomed, service-oriented, and able to communicate clearly in English. Candidates must successfully pass security screening, TSA background checks, and drug tests, and hold a valid U.S. passport with at least six months remaining. - 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must live within two-hour driving distance of Vero Beach Regional Airport
- Must interview and be selected as a part time flight attendant
- Successfully complete initial flight attendant training
- Ability to reach and remove emergency equipment from overhead bins
- Ability to have adequate head clearance in the cabin
- Ability to sit and buckle into E190 and A220 jumpseat harness and lap belt
- Must be neat and well-groomed
- Must be service-oriented
- Ability to pass vision and hearing tests
- Must pass security screening training
- Pass DOT pre-employment drug test
- Pass TSA fingerprint-based criminal history and background check
- Legal right to work in U.S.
- Legal right to travel without restrictions
- Current passport with minimum six months validity
