Bar Steward
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Bar area, assisting the Bar team to ensure smooth operations to achieve optimal departmental profitability, quality service and standards, and guest satisfaction
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Responsible for the mise-en-place, ensure that all bar ingredients and equipment are ready for operation use
2. Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, utensils, and equipment
3. Assist and support the Bar team in the preparation of beverages, as and when required/needed
4. Ensure that the opening and closing checklists are being followed
5. Perform all necessary tasks in accordance with departmental policy and standard
6. Responsible for restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies
7. Maintain the bar well-stocked with an adequate supply of mixers, ice, napkins, glassware, etc.
8. Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area
9. Label and stock all ingredients on shelves properly to easily ensure accessibility and smooth operations
10. Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage
11. Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures and follow health and safety practices at all times
12. Carry out additional tasks as instructed by the Management
JOB SPECIFICATION
1. Knowledgeable in Bar operations in Hospitality or F&B field
2. Good communication and organizational skills
3. Passion for delivering exceptional level of customer satisfaction
4. Pleasant and professional personality, demonstrate ability to work under pressure

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
