Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our home appliances sales across corporate and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion within the appliances or electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Identify and acquire new business clients (retailers, distributors, hotels, real estate developers, etc.)
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to promote home appliance products
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in home appliances or electronics)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent networking and client management abilities
  • UAE driving license (preferred, if applicable)
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
