We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our sales team. As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales growth. This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage inventory effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize cold calling and phone etiquette to generate new sales leads and follow up with existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to build and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring all sales opportunities are tracked and updated regularly.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure stockroom organization and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of retail math and sales techniques to effectively manage inventory and drive sales.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales and inventory management.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in inventory control software.
- Ability to manage a sales pipeline and analyze sales data.
- Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Retail math skills, with a focus on pricing and inventory management.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
