Associate Engagement Manager

Job Description:

  • Own the end-to-end workstream for small-to-midsized customer engagements, refining messaging and structured workflows to ensure every deliverable is cohesive, accurate, and reflects the unique value of the Everpure™ Platform.
  • Orchestrate customer interactions with a predictable cadence, aligning internal stakeholders on roles and dependencies while proactively surfacing risks to maintain steady progress toward shared business goals.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for assigned projects, maintaining rigorous decision logs and action tracking to move teams past barriers and meet critical deadlines.
  • Conduct disciplined discovery sessions with stakeholders to validate priorities, translating qualitative findings into data-driven summaries that inform strategic positioning and proposal refinement.
  • Produce high-quality, customer-ready outputs with meticulous documentation hygiene, ensuring all data and assumptions are verified, auditable, and aligned with global brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to manage customer-facing projects or proposal workstreams with a focus on structure, predictability, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Skilled at conducting discovery to surface customer priorities and translating complex information into clear, persuasive written and verbal narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation hygiene, version control, and the ability to maintain consistent quality across multiple contributors under tight timelines.
  • A proactive approach to learning new industries and tools, paired with the sound judgment to know when to navigate challenges independently and when to escalate for strategic guidance.
