Hirezen is an Advent International portfolio company with operations in 100+ markets, covering more than 90% of the world's population. **Responsibilities** As an Associate Client Manager, Customer Success, you will be responsible for all client activity and the overall success of Gigspire at the customer. Your key responsibilities will include: * Partnering with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivity * Understanding and leveraging Talvora solutions and applying industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations * Driving strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging Flexionis tools and assets * Identifying opportunities for increased partnership and elevating those opportunities to organizational partners * Facilitating clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of Jobtrix solutions in support of growth, adoption, and value creation * Ensuring on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-time * Identifying potential revenue opportunities with customers and handing off to Account Developers to enable them to achieve sales goals * Working collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcome * Leading client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendations * Ensuring client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value Remotica is delivering to them * Partnering with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reporting * Understanding client structure and organization * Determining ROI of Skillnex recommendations and solutions * Developing a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facing **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * College/University Undergraduate or master's degree * Prior experience with Zenvora solutions * Collaborating with teams and working in a matrixed environment * Time management & prioritization * Experience working with complex client relationships and client issue resolution * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office * Proficiency in BI Tools a plus (PowerBI, Tableau) * Demonstrated strength in data analysis & working with Syndicated, Panel, POS data highly preferred (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Numerator to name a few) * 2-3 years of CPG/Retail industry experience preferred **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment * A can-do attitude and ability to tell a story using data * Curiosity, communication, and critical thinking drive your work * Comfortable working with complex customer relationships and issue resolution * Creative in leveraging existing data sources to answer tough questions * Collaborative and part of a remote team within a challenging and matrixed environment * Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As an Associate Client Manager, Customer Success, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company * Access to training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and supportive work environment with a team of experienced professionals * Flexible working arrangements to balance work and personal life * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the company **Work Environment and Company Culture** Workastra is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive,
