Agency Engagement and Facilitation Specialist (Remote)

<b>Job Description</b><br/>The Agency Engagement and Facilitation Specialist drives Independent Agent engagement and enablement strategies that support production goals across personal and commercial lines. This role combines data analysis, product expertise, and consultative communication to deliver programs aligned with business objectives and agency needs.<br/><br/><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br/><ul><li>Designs and executes initiatives that drive agency production and product adoption, including strategies for agencies with complex or non-traditional business models.</li><li>Partners with internal leadership and stakeholders to align programs with business priorities and gather agency feedback.</li><li>Uses performance data to identify opportunities, evaluate initiative effectiveness, and adjust strategies based on measurable results.</li><li>Tracks variances to expected outcomes and supports action planning to close gaps.</li><li>Develops content and materials that support engagement programs, adapting approach for one-on-one and group settings.</li><li>Applies storytelling and consultative techniques to convey value and drive adoption.</li><li>Maintains strong knowledge of insurance products, market dynamics, and sales strategies to position solutions effectively.</li><li>Leverages technology and reporting tools (e.g., data visualization platforms, quoting systems, LMS, Microsoft applications) to support analysis and execution.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Education</strong><br/>• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) <br/><br/><strong>Experience</strong><br/>• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) <br/><br/><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities</strong><br/>• This job does not have supervisory duties. <br/><br/><strong>Education & Experience (in lieu)</strong><br/>• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. <br/><br/><b>Skills</b><br/>Facilitation, Insurance Administration, Public Speaking, Sales<br/><br/><b>Compensation</b><br/>Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications<br/><br/>Allstate provides a comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse. Employees eligible to work from home also receive a monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs.<br/><br/>When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating. Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
