Accountant, Ukrainian/Russian Speaker

Job Description:

  • Accounting posting: sales, sales returns, credit notes related to marketing activities, rebates, and bank commissions
  • Preparation of documents: sales invoices, credit notes, reconciliation statements
  • Control over the correct records of transactions with clients within orders, and the record of required adjustments
  • Reconciliation with customers
  • Assist with accounting payables
  • Assist with tax filings and annual audits
  • Other tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
  • Work experience in accounting with a focus on settlements with clients - at least 2 years
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software: 1C, SAP; good knowledge of Excel
  • Languages: Ukrainian or russian, English - at least intermediate level
