A&R Staff (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who gets music culture, knows what’s trending, and can spot artists with real potential. If you love discovering new talent and helping creatives grow, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Scout rising artists, songwriters, and producers (online + on-ground).
• Track music trends and audience behavior.
• Attend gigs, events, and digital showcases.
• Support artist development, demos, and creative direction.
• Coordinate with marketing, production, and operations teams.
• Keep talent leads and project updates organized.
• Share feedback on demos and creative ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for music + strong awareness of OPM and digital trends.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Willing to travel for events when needed.
• Part-time applicants must commit to consistent weekly hours.
• Experience in A&R, artist management, or production is a plus (not required).
